A StarFish Group employee verifies the tolerances on the IOPac during a continuous Quality Assurance process at the StarFish group. Currently StarFish operates under FDA Class 2 QSR / GMP , ISO 13485 – 1996 / CMD CAS ISO 13485 – 1998 and Medical Device Directive (MDD) 93/42/EEC/Medical Devices required for CE marking. StarFish Medical is the responsible manufacturer of the IOPac, a pachymeter, used by optometrists and ophthalmologists to measure the thickness of the cornea and to screen for glaucoma.
